Margaux Frisque has been a lawyer for nearly ten years and is a founding partner of d&a partners. She advises and represents clients in business law (advisory and litigation) and focuses on complex business disputes involving civil, commercial, regulatory and white-collar criminal matters.
She regularly acts in complex domestic and cross-border disputes and has developed particular expertise in crypto-assets, corporate law, shareholder disputes, post-M&A litigation and directors’ liability.
Margaux Frisque holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law from the Institut de Droit des Affaires of Aix-en-Provence.
Before founding d&a partners in 2021, she practiced for several years at leading law firms, including UGGC Avocats and PwC Société d’Avocats.
